In this case its not a Dog called Birillo...its Espresso. Despite drinking alot of the black gold i dont quite spend enough time at home drinking it, therefore a complete machine in my house would look beautiful yet most likely be redundant. In turn i bought one of these puppies on a recent trip to melbourne.

Makes four cups of the finest. Quists on Lil Collins st in Melbourne provided my first bag of coffee. The ground is just a little bit finer than plunger, and opting for the stainless steel as opposed to the Aluminum version means i dont have to be so perfect when cleaning it out. Aluminum will apparently calicify without proper cleaning.

I think his bike could have ridden it self to a national champ title. Maybe hes trying to get out of the Time trialing limelight so he can turn up to the Tour and smash Monaco to bits on the first day....
